Delivery Policy
Christmas Tree Team provides local delivery, in-home installation, and post-holiday tree removal in Glendale, California and surrounding communities.
Your reservation includes:
- Your selected Premium Noble Fir
- Local delivery
- Carry-in to your home
- Professional installation and straightening
- A suitable tree stand for the season, if needed
- Post-holiday tree removal
- Basic cleanup of loose needles
After your reservation is placed, we will coordinate your holiday delivery window with you. Customers who reserve early receive first access to preferred delivery availability.
Delivery dates and times are subject to availability. Holiday traffic, weather, supplier timing, and other circumstances may occasionally affect scheduled arrival times. If a meaningful change is necessary, we will contact you.
Please make sure someone is available at the property during the confirmed appointment and that we have reasonable access to the area where the tree will be installed.
If your home, apartment, condominium, or business has special access requirements, including stairs, elevators, gated entry, restricted parking, loading instructions, or building delivery rules, please let us know before your appointment.
Trees are sourced closer to the holiday season. Reserving early does not mean your tree is cut and stored months in advance.
Because real Christmas trees are natural products, exact dimensions and appearance will vary slightly. The size you select represents the approximate height range of the tree.
Post-holiday removal will be coordinated separately. If we provided a tree stand for the season, we will collect it during removal.
